Peace

Inside Out calls all Australians to pray and work for peace, and to work for the justice and protection of Iraqi, and all oppressed civilians.

Dear Prime Minister,

As a patriotic Australian, I am very concerned about the conduct of the war with Iraq. While I support the need to combat terrorism, and support human rights around the globe, I am concerned at how this war was conducted, and particularly the way in which so called intelligence was used as a propoganda tool to justify the war. Australia and her allies should have been honest with the people and made it clear that the real objective was regime change

I am puzzled as to why the Government has not intervened in other countries where there are appalling abuses of human rights, and persecution of religious and political dissidents.

We support for UN sanctioned rebuilding of Iraq, and actions to overcome terrorism and persecution wherever it arises, but wish to let you know that we can see through the veil of lies and deception that have surrounded this war.
